Ingredients: Preparation: Squeeze lime juice into a copper mug. Add ice cubes, then pour in Dunce Whiskey and fill with cold ginger beer. Top with a lime wedge for aesthetic.

Cone Hat Sazerac

Ingredients: Preparation: Rinse a small rocks glass with a few drops of absinthe and set it aside. In a mixing pitcher, combine the other ingredients with ice and stir until chilled thoroughly. Strain the mixture into the rinsed glass, serve up, and garnish with an expressed lemon peel.

Thinking Man’s Julep

2 oz Dunce Whiskey
1/2 oz demerara syrup
10 mint leaves

In a glass, lightly muddle the mint leaves in the demerara syrup. Add Dunce Whiskey and pack tightly with crushed ice. Stir until the cup is frosted on the outside. Top with more crushed ice and garnish with a mint sprig if desired.
